Hi my name is Misty, founder of Misty's Patisseries. Welcome to my website.
I am a chef of 8 years, specialised in pastry. I cater for both sweet and savoury, so there is always something special which is to everyone's taste. I work with a creative fIair that I express through my passion for baking, especially Patisserie! I love creating and developing unique desserts for my fabulous customers. With my client base rapidly growing (an unexpected delight in spite of the pandemic), I have decided to take the plunge and go full time with the business. My products range from design cakes, tray bakes, sausage rolls, quiches, tarts and many more. However, our speciality is currently our eclairs! We include a range of gluten free and dairy free products. At Misty's patisseries we aim to cater for all, so if you have an allergy please get in touch to discuss products that could be made catered to you. Please note that these will need to be booked in advance and will be to order.
Unfortunately due to last minute cancellations from customers and being let down in the past that now a 50% deposit is required for all orders at time of purchase.
I'm lucky to have a wonderful partner Paul, and four beautiful children. There is always laughter in our busy household, with family time at the dinner table often being centred around one of mummy's bakes. My family are both my biggest critics and most loyal supporters. As a mum of four I understand the need to prepare your children and the importance of involving them in key skills such as baking. Therefore, one of my passions is connecting children to the baking world involving baking classes. These have been launched in the past and I aim to continue to do these in the future so please look out for further dates.
